Stopped taking my Metformin on Feb. 19th. it's been 8 days, and this morning my Blood Sugar was 97. I have lost 10% of my body weight. Low Carb change to lifestyle seems to be helping a great deal. I've learned I don't have to starve. I just have to make better decisions about what I eat, and when. I hope I can keep this trend up. We'll see in about a month...
