Well ... here it is ... another new low!!! And, I actually now weigh 2/10ths of a lb LESS than I did when I returned back home from my Cabo vacation March 2011 ... so second mini goal has been breached!!! Or is that reached???
Now if only I felt better. I woke up with aches and pains. I've taken something and will soon drink some coffee ... I hope that helps because I had plans for the day which did not include feeling lousy.
Anyway ... It is rather exciting to inch my way further below 200. I sure hope I pay close enough attention not to choose to go over 200 again. I almost wrote "let myself" and then immediately realized it isn't "letting" it is a clear choice. I really do have control over it. I sometimes deceive myself by pretending I do not. That is a crock. I do have control. I control what goes into my mouth and how I move my body.
So ... coffee, water, a bite to eat ... shower and hopefully I'll feel better. My joints feel a little sore this morning too. I think I'll take a "rest" day from the elliptical.
