Day 12 of new lifestyle routine.

I had a long, bad day at work. The ache in my right ankle is so bothersome, and I ended up being on it all day at work. Had to stay at work late. By the time I left, I was cranky and starving. I gave up my calorie plan for dinner and ended up going to sushi with my honey. I figured sushi was a better idea than deep fried anything, which is what I was craving. So, luckily, I didn't completely ruin my eating today (though, right after dinner, we had a sugar craving. I only had a frosty ice cream cone!). I just have to remember to do better tomorrow. It's all I can do.

I've been itching to step on the scale to see where I am. I know I shouldn't, though. I can't let myself get preoccupied and too hung up on the little weight fluctuations (.2 down! YES! .7 up! OH GOD I'M A FAILURE!). Saturday is my scale morning. I can wait one more day.

My mom's visiting me in a few weeks. I'm so excited, she's going to help with some wedding planning (florist, baker). I need the support!
