Found out I have been taping my knee the wrong way. Looking into a brace. Got through half an hour of water aerobics yesterday before the pain set in. Was short on time so finished with some stretches. Yesterday was also filled with temptations but I think I got through pretty well. Discovered that some chocolate custard (chocolate cherry bon bon, to be clear) is rich enough that one spoonful will satisfy. I like my treats.
