45th day on Atkins
Todays food log-
Water 3liters (plain water)
Breakfast-two eggs+1/2cup stir fry cabbage+31gm mozzarella cheese+Tea
Lunch-Vegetable soup+Cheddar cheese 20gm
Herbal slimming tea
Snack-Fluxseed pancake+Tea
Dinner-Vegetable soup+2/3 cup beef
Net carbs 24 Calories 1514...

Positive things I did today-
1.Drunk 3liters of water.
2.Stayed calm and positive.
3.Exercised.
It was a calm day.I talked to my special someone.I will be kind to everyone and will consider everyones problems&situations.I believe kindness brings peace and happiness and kindness in return.Today was good.Tomorrow will be better,better and better,better than before.

Dear Lotus: You mentioned cravings in your other post. I am looking at your menu for the day and I really think if you eat more, those cravings will go away, and you will still lose weight! Use the fatsecret journal to make sure you are getting enough. And eat more fat--that really satiates! You can do it!

Thanks for youe comments :) Michelle S - I am not hungry at all.Just I crave sweets and other high crabs.But I am strong and can fight all cravings till now :) inola-thanks for support and I wish same to you too.
