Yesterday I forgot to drink enough water. =( I will work on that today.
Last night hubby was snacking and I looked over and was pleased that I wasn't even tempted. Oh don't get me wrong, it looked good, but I started thinking how many calories it was and how long I would have to walk and lift weights to burn it off and it just wasn't even worth it to me.
