I'm very happy with journaling and counting points rather than calories. It's so much easier for me! I have many favorite meals I would love to share with you (all around 6 points) and anyone on Weight Watchers, please feel free to send some my way.

Hello new buddy..I am in VA so we are not too far apart..I used to do yoga..loved the way it made me feel..and limbered this body nicely..had to quit because of back surgeries..and have never really gotten back to it..love my walking as its the only thing right now that I can do with no damage done to the spine..my talk to my doctor again about it..Have a great day..Oh everyone calls me Bren...

Hi Bren, so nice to meet you! I've had my share of back injuries but luckily no surgery, as yet. In Sept 2010 I had a pretty serious sprain at L1 and was in pain for months. So, of course, what to I do when I need comfort? I eat. I quit ever trying to lose. I found this time, however, that since the weight is off I feel so much better. There is much less strain on the injured area. Doc says it could take up to 2 1/2 years for a sprain like mine to heal...geez. If you want to get into yoga again, Google Doug Keller and his teaching schedule in Virginia. He's a yoga therapist and the person I study under. His website is doyoga.com. I think you might feel comfortable going back to your practice with him. As you can tell by my name, everyone calls me Karen!
