Somehow I goofed in entering my weight. I did not lose, then suddenly gain it and lose it again. I started in August at 164 pounds and now I am 134 pounds.

I'm on maintenance. I've been following Dottie's Weight Loss Zone, which is the points program of Weight Watchers, and lost the 30 pounds I wanted to lose. I think maintenance will be the hardest part for me since I've lost to this point before and could not hold it. I will be looking for partners/buddies who are either on maintenance or weight loss. Hope you will join me.
