So I decided to measure my tummy which used to be 131cm when I was 128kg(it was more when I was 134kg) and now it's 116cm :) Progress takes time but it's worth it! Today I tried making overnight oats for the first time and it came out great. Added my Chia Seeds, coconut, peanuts but forgot to add the yoghurt! Lol.

Hi, it's really simple. I use 40g oats and added it to a jar with a lid. I added 100ml of water to it and then just closed it and left it in the fridge overnight. Then I just poured it into a bowl and added the shredded coconut, chopped peanuts and the chia seeds which I also had soaked overnight. I used 13g chia seeds with about 130ml of water. Google "Overnigt Oats" and you will get tons of recipes for it :)
