I've weighed myself the past several days in a row simply out of curiosity. From daily weighing I've been: 230, 238, 240, and now 235. lol! This is why we weigh ourselves weekly at most. As long as there is a downward trend in the long term, that's all that matters. I was just curious :p And yes, the 240 was after a serious cheat night with a seafood burrito and some rice and queso.

I'm abandoning my scale. I'm clearly shrinking but the scale doesn't show it, and all it does it depress me. So I'm measuring my body. When I can get into a smaller size that didn't fit two weeks ago, I know I'm making progress. Sad how a little number can have such a big negative effect!

Oh that's a great reminder to all of us not to become to obsessed with small changes. Love your chia pudding, looks so pretty and refreshing. :)
