Best. Chicken. Ever. Stuffed a breast with sliced garlic, then pouch baked it with honey, soy sauce, coconut oil, and a few seasonings. Steamed baby bok choy and baby portabellos on the side of course. But heck yes, great chicken for having made it up. I also weighed myself this morning, no loss, but I only weighed like 3 days ago, and I know I should do it weekly at most. Everyone else having a successful week?
