Wow. I am down more that I thought I would be. This is the first time I have weighed in AM after toilette and before coffee so I guess that's it. I pleasantly surprised. I made a batch of quinoa yesterday so I plan to experiment with it today. This AM I am going to have it with salsa and yogurt. I'm mainly looking for new things that are filling and nutritional.
