I wasn't on here this morning. Yesterday evening I took a major detour which involved consuming mucho calories during my evening hours. No excuses. I made the choice. Not exactly sure why ... sometimes I wonder if I really do want to lose weight. But today I am back on track and will simply carry on. Thanks for those who are looking out for me for checking up on me. I'm being VERY kind to myself today because yesterday I was not so kind.

It's a journey...I can't tell you how often I get lost. The important thing is that we can still find our way back to the main road when we're ready...so many get so lost and can't find their way back. We can be grateful for that, right?

Carol, what's past is past and there is not even any reason to think about it anymore...today was a new day, and after all, what was it but a little detour? It's a conscious choice to "cheat" (term used VERY loosely). If you're aware of the consequence, and okay with it, then I see no problem. You just get back in the saddle again afterwards and keep moving. YOu're doing fine. I've had detours like this, and generally I learn from them that they're not really worth it. Sometimes we gotta see it ourselves for us to learn, though. Right?
