Worked out on the ellipitical 20 minutes this morning, will plan on getting more exercise in later in the day. Dentist appointment at 8:30 and then going into work. Think I'll pack a few days worth of clothes and my workout clothes....forecast calls for freeaing rain and I hate that above anything else! Need to pack some lunches and snacks too, I'm well stocked and have made some things ahead and froze them so that won't be a problem. Made the white chicken chilli - I used black beans, very yummy! And the one point Fiber One muffins - thanks Mary Jean for the recipes!
