I did a little more jogging yesterday and that raised a sweat. I also forgot how hungry it can make you. I was hungry when it was time for bed so I just drank about 16 oz of water and went to bed. I figured I would wake up in the middle of the night hungry, but I did not. Which I am thankful for. Not sure where I will get to on exercise today, but I will get my weight lifting in.
It's going to be a great one!
