Gave blood today. Wasn't going to but a fellow employee asked me if I could. Seems the group that came to our work just needed 1 more pint to meet their quota. I couldn't let them leave like that. They gave me the peanut butter crackers and orange juice to drink after giving blood, and even offered another but I refused. It's so hard to keep the calories and carbs down. No appreciable change in weight today. I will keep this updated at least once a week if at all possible. Ya'll take care.
