I'm down 35.7lbs since Aug. 2016! I LOVE this WOE! I love that even when I fall off the wagon, I can get right back on and get moving in the right direction again!!! Eating REAL FOOD! And not being hungry! This is how people are meant to eat. Eating to fuel your body and not just living to eat. Anyone who is struggling... please consider a Low Carb High Fat live-it. Please, just try it for 2 weeks. You will be amazed.

You are very right. This is my favorite way of eating. I wish I could get my husband on board but he loves his oreos and pretzels and so on. Oh well. I really don't care what he eats but it would make my life easier lol

I love love love LCHF! But I do acknowledge there are some that just don't like it...Crazy, me thinks, but I DO acknowledge them, lol!!!

I started LCHF on 1/2/17 and am loving it! I feel less hungy, have almost no cravings, and am enjoying my food AND my results. I'm down 6.5 lbs and 3 inches in 9 days. There are so many yummy food options and no desire to cheat, which is unbelievable to me! When people told me they weren't hungry constantly I thought, that's wonderful for you, but won't happen to me - but I was WRONG! I have a love affair with snacking and don't feel the desire anymore, which blows my mind!
