We had our work Christmas party yesterday and since everything was yummy I did not need dinner last night. I felt like I did pretty good and then you look at the calories, whew. Plus its hard to tell what people put in their dishes. But I countered by not eating dinner, which wasn't hard, I wasn't; hungry. We had a good time though. Today is a regroup day and then tomorrow evening another party, although its supposed to be just appetizers. Good luck weaving through the holiday fun!
