These holidays have done me in. I hve lost all motivation to eat smart, small meals and do ny amount of exercise. Even though I got wii zumba and just dnce 3 I m totally lacking the motivation to get off my duff and do them. I must find my motivation to eat better, I know that is a key to my success. When I'm on track I'm on track, but if I falter even a little then it's all over. I think I need to set some short term goals. Maybe dily, monthly...I don't know. Somebody help me!
