Awesome girl...Love Olive Garden...We are getting a new one at exit 7 where we do alot of Sam's runs...Will probably be stopping there for our lunches...YAY..Have a great day ...:O)

Good for you. I probably would not make a habit of it, but glad you enjoyed the lunch.  

Bren - Used to like Olive Garden until DH said their Lasagna was better than mine. Now I'm jealous! 

Helen - Thanks - I did substitute grilled veggies for potatoes, but I know I ate a lot of junk carbs just the same.  

Gigi - Don't worry - We used up one of our Christmas gift cards. 

Well Buffy I think I would a slapped his face off>>>LOL... 

Great Job !!! I love Olive Garden, there is suppose to be a new one built in Lawrence, Ks not to far from where we live, wouldn't that be nice !!! 

Hey Buff.... hubby and I love Olive Garden too... but it isn't exactly carb friendly, is it.... but who cares... it's soooooo good! When we lived near one that was our anniversary celebration place. :) 

Bren - What he actually said was "this is the best lasagna I've ever had" - it is just that I take everything personal.  

Notfast - Enjoy your new Olive Garden - just watch out - it can be dangerous. 

Mom2Boxers - I know what you mean. I remember reading Olive Garden's site a long time ago and for low carb they recommended the Meat on Skewers (can't remember the name of it) and Grilled Vegetables - unfortunately that is not what I ordered last night.  

I love Olive Garden. Probably a good thing the closest one to us is an hour away. 

Karen - I know what you are talking about. This one is 6 minutes from my house - way too convenient.  

all you can eat salad...is SO good, just hard to not munch on the all you can eat breadsticks at the same time. Throw in a glass or two of wine waiting for a table and I'm full before the meal comes! Bad thing is, that usually doesn't stop me. hahaha.  

Ok then....Olive Garden to lose a pound, right??? LOL!!! Glad you enjoyed the meal and "got away with it" too! 

That is kind of hard to do - that is unless you've been really good for quite some time with the dieting, or you're getting enough exercise... I am quite far from one of those and prefer to go to Golden Corral (same road about twenty miles away) when all the kids are in school... 

Glenn - I know it is just a quirk - If I hadn't of gone to Olive Garden I probably have lost 2 pounds.  

Lindsay - Yes, they sure do know how to hook us. 

Glad that the nearest Olive Garden to me is 1 1/2 hours away.
