I am over my RDI again because I HAD to have a cookie. Well I'm glad I had my cookie. I enjoyed it and I only had one. Big change from my common night time snack a few months ago - a few tablespoonfuls of frosting right out if the can:)

You are still under your "net" calories - so that's good ... Plus your RDI is quite low, so I shouldn't think that one cookie made a huge difference.... Trick is to stop at one, you seem like you have mastered that :-)

You've come a long way from your frosting habit, you didn't use the cookie to scoop frosting out of the can AND you only ate one, good job. . . AND no one has been growled at or bit lately for trying to take your frosting away. :)

Oh my...my frosting habit was insane! At one point I actually had cans of frosting hidden in drawers and closets with spoons so I could sneak a few spoonfuls when I needed it:) I have learned that I have to let myself have a little something or I know I'll just quit and really blow it! Are you doing the biggest loser challenge? I am on blue team. Happy New Year:)
