So I see a loss, wow! Never thought I would see that again. I did 32 mins of p90x last night. I wanted to do the whole thing but it was past my new bedtime and my body was wanting to go to sleep. I really liked it though. That guy is funny so its easy to listen to, ha ha. He keeps it fun too so I want to keep going. I would have exercised hours before that except that our exercise class was canceled due to the snow and it was canceled last minute. Then I didnt have time with getting the 4 kids bathed and dressed and cleaning up a little, to do it before BL. We got rid of our cable and tivo so I had to watch it live. I am so glad I did because last night was the first night in a long long time I didnt eat after 7!!!!
So what have I learned.....
You must exercise, stay within your calories and not eat after 7 and you can lose weight!
Now if I could just remember that next time I am jonesin for a snickers!
