Pleasantly surprised for a 2 lb loss this week. Didn't stick exactly to my planned menu this week and ate a few more sweets than I should have. Hopefully this week will be back to normal and I can stick with my menu plans. I find that it helps to plan all meals and snacks for the week, sometimes with minor tweeking, but all in all it works for me. I also have been planning at least one meatless dinner per week. Boca burgers have come a long way and they are quite tasty. Even my boyfriend likes them.
