Sooooooooooooooo in 18 days time I will be going on a mini Asian holiday with my friends for 2 weeks- visiting Hong Kong, Macau and South Korea. I am so worried that I might undo all my progress..Can anyone please share/advise me on how to enjoy my holiday and not overdo the weight gain.Thanks:-)
