25th day on Atkins...
Positive things I did today-
1.Followed the diet exactly
2.Drunk all the water.
3.Finally send my application for immigration to australia.I feel so much relieved now.It took lots of efforts to lodge this application and finally I managed to do it.
4.Got up at 6am to read.And read more or less.I need to read more,more and more.
5.Meditated once.
6.Stayed calm and stress free all day.Followed my decision to stay passive in everything other than my own career,health and education.
Feeling much better and positive over all.
Negative things I did today-
I should study much more than I do.Much much more.
Plans for tomorrow-
1.Studying for exam (atleast 6hours uninterrupted).
2.Diet.
3.Water.
Over all today was a good and positive day.I was working on documents for this visa application since october 2008 and finally today I lodged it.I feel like a big stone fell off from my shoulders.I hope it will work.I hope and believe I will pass MRCS this time.I will read hard,as hard as I can and will push my limits.And pass.With losing weight I am regaining faith in myself.If I can resist food temptation,I can resist temptation to rest when I am extremely tired as well.I can sleep 4hours every night and save few hours to study well.I can work full time and still pass this exam.There is nothing I cant do.I am not a slave to food any more.I wont be a slave to emotions or sleep as well.I want to be free.Free from everything and have the freedom of choice.
Today was good.I hope and believe that tomorrow will be better,better and better.Or better to say,I know that tomorrow will be better.
