Today was a long Monday as I never got a lunch break, but fortunately the afternoon meeting was good about breaks so I was able to eat and drink then. Since it is so late I will not get any formal exercise in for today. Also my fitbit is not syncing and I have followed all the instructions so I think after a few years, it is time for a new one. It's still tracking my steps but I can't put it to sleep or sync it. Oh well.

Glad you got a chance to eat! I just got a new FitBit after my first one would not charge anymore - I got another FitBit Charge HR - love it!
