20th day on Atkins.
It was an ordinary day.Or I may say it was a busy day.
Positive things I did today-
1.Exactly followed the diet.
2.Drunk almost enough water.
3.Was calm and positive through out the day.
4.Meditation-once.
Negative things I did today-
1.Didnt start exercise.Looks like I wont be able to start before exams are over.
Plan for tomorrow-
1.Being thankful and being ready to forgive even without letting know the person concerned.
2.Being patient and tolerant.
3.hmmm...I can do some exercise to tone up my face and neck in between studying at my desk.And do atleast one set of 15 crunches everyday before shower...Something is better than nothing.
I miss my special one.I need to read more.But I am so extremely tired of full time work from 8am to 9pm...I will make a study routine and stick to it.I need to pass MRCS.I have no choice.
People say when you are honest and give all 100% of yourself in a relationship,in the long run you will win and will be rewarded.I am waiting to see this principle working for me.I am waiting to see what happens.Things cant be good and problems cant be solved overnight...But everything has to be good someday.Only I wish that its getting good some time before the end and there is still some time left to live and enjoy the happiness.I dont believe in "happy endings",I believe in "happyly ever after"...God give me some strength to go through and be the winner in the end.Please do help me.I am just too tired.
Life will be better.And tomorrow is going to be better,better and better.Better than today.
