16th day of Atkins(starting weight 173pounds) Positive things done today- 1.Exactly following Atkins with 21 net carb.Entered all food in food log. 2.Started preparation for MRCS finals. 3.Meditated twice,once in early morning and once in afternoon. The day is calm so far. Plan for tomorrow- 1.Buying dumbells and starting exercise.15mins abs and 15 mins weight exercise. 2.Exactly following Atkins. 3.Meditation thrice -early morning,afternoon,night. 4.Study for upcoming exam for atleast 4 hours without distruction and without thinking of anything else.I will use my meditation technique for this purpose. 5.I will stay calm,contented,patient and thankful.I will stay positive.
