Fabulously sunny today on top of which got to be in Kitsilano area at hairstylist's salon for highlights. Doesn't get any better. ;-) All is going well at a pace of about 1 pound a week. Very content about this rate as my exercise program is very moderate presently while physio builds up my right hip flexor, glutes, core, and neck/shoulder muscles. Lol guess that would be most of me. :-P Patiently waiting to return to jogging/running--heck any high impact and any yoga--but happy to cycle and walk for a bit. Let's just DO this!!!
With exercise curtailed, the root issue then lies in killing my desire for food, beyond what the body needs. This is the real heart of the matter and the real cause of extra pounds in the first place.
