I had a pretty good weekend, didn't do every much (which is always an understatement) and I was able to keep my eating under control, which always makes it a good weekend. Weekends for me are the hardest! Whether it's going out with friends or hanging out with my family, weekend binging hurts lol. Ok it's not that bad, but it is harder for me than Monday to Friday, that's for sure.

Last night was great! I worked all day and then did 2 back to back classes which really kicked my ass lol. The first class I did was yoga meets dance, and I loved it! For one I love yoga and dance and for 2 the instructor was awesome! I am defiantly going to sign up for more of her classes, since I know she teaches yoga, dance and NIA for sure. My 2nd class was belly dancing, which I take every Monday and I also love it! I feel kinda silly sometimes because I am the biggest person in my class but it has been something that I have wanted to try forever, so I figured why wait?, Why wait until I'm skinny? Why not start living like I'm skinny right now! So that's what I did. And it feels good too!

I'm so pumped for tonight because it is one of my only nights this week that I just get to stay home and relax and make my family dinner. I am playing around with a couple of ideas of what to make for dinner tonight, since I want it to be yummy and super healthy too. I was thinking of making the Thai Peanut Chicken pasta that was on display yesterday, since it looks super yummy. I need to find more healthy recipes that my family actually like ( they can be kinda picky). I'll keep my eyes out for new recipes.

So I started weighing myself everyday (well trying to remember to anyways) and I really like it so far. I'm not too sure what the benefits of weighing in every day are but for me it keeps me motivated!
Motivated to watch the numbers keep going down! I can't wait to get under 300 pounds, so I set a goal for that...

Thanks for the add! That's awesome that you attend the bellydancing class! I think 299 by 12/1 is a fantastic and totally achieveable goal. Dare I make that my goal too? :) Thanks for the idea! Getting under 300 before the year is up would be awesome.
