Any downsides to losing this much? Flabby arms! Loathsome! But, feeling better, being able to move around more easily, knowing that I'm healthier, knowing that there is less stress on my bad knee, plus being able to fit into nicer clothes, makes it a small[-ish] price to pay. I also don't mind being in photographs anymore. That's a 'first' for me. For years I've avoided being in front of the camera. Just the few photos that I've recently had printed out are showing me why I wasn't imagining things. Anyway, yet more reason to declare that I can't go back!
