Good Monday,

No action on the scales today, so ramping up my vigilance a bit. Battle on!

6:30am: 2 coffees
10:40am: growl - 1/2 Vegan thumbprint cookie, banana, 12oz nfat latte.
3:40pm: growl - whole-wheat pita, 1Tb Nutella literally lol.
