My deepest sympathy and prayers to the victims and their families in Nice, France today. Very shocking and horrific. God grant comfort and peace to all who mourn. May the fallen rest peacefully in the arms of God.

Daunting challenges everywhere. Learning that food fixes are stronger than I was allowing. Relaxed and plenty of time to set goals yet the struggle (and weight) is almost at a record high.
Not sure why Weigh Down method is stretching me beyond my strength these days. One day on, one day off. Or four days on, then next day off. Need to turn this around definitively!
Time IS on my side, a significant blessing. No marking or lesson planning is also a huge blessing. Have the opportunity to be absolutely vigilante against the tactics of the devil, and show unfailing determination to beat the enemy at his own game.
