The last 2 days have been poor choices on the food horizon and I'm feeling it. I feel like CRAP. No energy, super sleepy and wondering why I did it. I think it's because I am mad...frustrated and disappointed with the way I am treated at home. Sometimes I can't find the strength to deal with these people or with my own eating situation. Better luck tomorrow!

Yup, flush it out, begin again. Stick w it. I've been eating way too much and crap but I'm not smoking so I feel great not crappy. I'll reign it in soon bc I've allowed myself 8-10lbs to gain but not going to if I don't need too u know? Anyway, u got this!!! If u stay on track u can't be disappointed!!
