Change of plans.Hubby got up sick!Super upset tummy,dizzy,headache.No therapy for him.Did some stretching and free weights.Rest of my exercise today will be housework so I can take care of hubby.Needs to be done anyway.Hope don't catch what he has.

I don't know what to do first, congrat you on the pound or say sorry for hubby being sick! Take good care of you & the girls & the hubby, sounds like you will have both hands full! Super job on the pound, you probably are holding a bit of water yet from the sore girls & being backed up (lots more tea & turnip greens for you)! One-der Land is yours very soon my dear! Super great job!
