I knew I overdid it yesterday..Even the "girls" are sore.
Only did stretches for upper body.Did a total lower body work-out today along with 2 miles on treadmill in 35 mins..
Up two pounds this morning,but sore muscles hold water I've been told and bathroom issues too.Extra water and a huge serving of fresh turnip greens hopefully will do the trick..

Oh you poor girl! Which do you think did you in, the wine or the gym, both maybe together? I hope you are feeling better soon, the stretching is a really good thing & so are the turnip greens (I hear they work wonders...do they come in pill form for me?), enjoy your day as best you can, maybe a little ibuprofin would help?

Hard to believe you get that sore at the gym after they way you move around the house! You are right - you'll drop that water weight in no time.

I'll have to remember turnip greens next time that issue comes up again.
