Wow!!!!!One grape,One carb...OUCH!!!I drove hubby to buy his wine grapes today and as usual,started to taste the grape.After eating 3 or 4 grapes,I'm thinking they are really sweet this year.DUH!!!Grapes are NOT on the Atkins approved list for a reason..They are loaded with sugar.Sugar=Carbs..How dumb can I be.You would think I should know better,and I do.I'm calling it "One of my SENIOR MOMENTS".That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
As for my 21 day habit forming planned exercise: Treadmill..30 mins.. Unloaded 42 cases of grapes off the truck and stacked.(weigh training) Really hoping to go to the gym after hubbys therapy.
