Another nice fall day.
Made a commitment today to start a new habit of planned exercise each day for the next 21 days.I think it might be difficult because I have hubby recuperating,still can't drive or use his arm.
They say a habit takes 21 days to set in so exercise it is.I stopped going to the gym when the weather got nice and I was overwhelmed with all the outside work I had to do almost alone.Well one more day of the outside work and it's back to the gym Monday morning...No matter what!!!
