Well, I did pretty well with my eating on my birthday, it was the drinking that did me in in more ways than one. I should just have somebody tape my mouth shut when I'm drinking and upset with my boyfriend(from a conversation prior to the party). I said some things and made him feel bad. Now I feel lousy. I do love him to no end, but he is frustrating sometimes and I guess the alcohol got the better of me. But I can't dwell on that, I made my apologies and it's time to move on. And it's time to do get back on track with my diet.
