Week three! Changing my eating habit is really not that difficult. Just takes a lot of will power. I've tried losing weight since I was about 11 or 12. I was trying to lose weight for all the wrong reasons. I wanted to be thin and look good but now I realize it's not only that. I want to feel good and live healthy. Especially now that I have my two kids I don't want them to fall into a bad habit. It's up to me wether I want them to eat junk food. I completly want to change that. I'm surprised that I kept up for this long with my lifestyle change. I feel good I feel like I'm doin something good for me for once. I going to do this the right way and for the right reasons.
