I must say, I got a good laugh out of killing my carb intake for the day on brussel sprouts. For some reason I was really wanting them after dinner today, so I figured why not? They're pretty good for you, add some salt and some butter and that's a good snack.
Then I read the carb count.
I'm not too upset by it though, on net carbs it was only over by 6 and it was for something healthy rather than junk of some kind.
I still feel like I'm doing pretty well with this, yeah I have my slip ups from time to time but overall I have gotten good at talking myself out of the snacks I want.
Though, I am amused I had a perfect carb count today.... till my veggies lol.
