Well, I'm feeling pretty good about my weigh in this morning. Down 3 lbs. and now that I'm all moved in to my boyfriend's house maybe the stress level will decrease and I will lose a few more next week. I'm hoping that he got me Just Dance 3 for my birthday like I hinted that I wanted. I'm a little apprehensive about my birthday party, lots of food. However I am making everything as reduced fat/calorie as possible. Of course there will be drinks though so those will be some empty calories. But hey, it's my birthday right? I should get to enjoy it. I will just remember to keep my measuring cups/spoons handy and only serve myself the recomended portion of the foods. And if I splurge a little I will not beat myself up, I will just do better the next day. I must stay positive for this to work :)
