So, I haven't been keeping track of my diet/fitness for several months and now I am seeing the results. I am disapointed with myself but now that I'm seeing it I am determined to get back on the proverbial horse. Still haven't kicked the smoking habit and not exercising regularly. Although I am very happy with my boyfriend of 6 months he's not exaclty motivated to get out and do much. All he wants to do is play video games in our time off from work. And I was hoping that with getting a puppy I would be able to take her for walks, but she's not used to the leash yet and it's not productive for me. Will keep trying though.
