After my 1st Fast of the week my unofficial weight has dropped from yesterday's 111kg to 108.1kg :D That's a whopping 2.9kg down since yesterday morning's unofficial weight :)
My 1st day was a challenge. The hunger crept in but I just stayed strong in mind, kept busy and focused on not giving in by telling myself that I can eat tomorrow so why give in, its not like I will die! lol! Nescafe Classic Coffee + 15ml full cream milk really does work for me to reduce hunger pangs but I still restricted myself to just 2 cups yesterday.
I love that I have found success in how to manage my weight loss :)
