DANG IT! I thought my graveyard shift was over...I still have another month. It's killing me... I really believe that this shift-work makes it harder to lose weight. My life: driving, sitting, staying up ALL night and once in awhile I get to garden.

when i worked that shift is when i gained the weight that i am still trying to lose. Those hours mess with your mind and body.
