Well I've been losing several ounces over the last few days but I only record in pounds (because I'm weird like that!). But at this stage of my diet round, I expect to lose 1 pound every 2 days. I only have 16 days left and I'd like to drop another 9 pounds and then maintain throughout the summer while adding in an exercise regimen. Living in a New England beach house, summers are prime time and I'm the queen of all things BBQ & grill! My house is always bustling and the craft beers always on hand.
On a pleasant note, I've unsuscribed to the plus size store as I'm no longer plus size! Woohoo!!!! So I'm not beating myself up, just trying to get to the finish line on time.
