Hello fellow travelers. It has been awhile since I posted. I am do Ok, still having panic attacks when the scale moves up. My mind knows that is normal but my emotions do not always follow my mind. I changed my goal weight to 175 and have been floating around that. Getting ready for the holidays. We plan to eat a regular dinner at Thanksgiving. Mashed potatoes, gravy and dressing. It will be interesting how I do over the holidays. I cannot believe Jan 19th will be one year on my healthy eating quest. I have been successful with my goals, mainly just feeling better and able to move without getting winded. That is my gift to myself and I have to remember that. Well got to get ready for work so I will sign off for now. Be good to yourselves.

Yes. Well said. Emotions don't always follow our minds. You are still doing so very well though ... REALLY!!! So ... the last is slowest, still we will celebrate January 19th with hoots and hollers and pats on our backs!! This time IS DIFFERENT. There is no diet to go off of, we have not deprived ourselves, damn we're good!!!
