Actually we did paintballing yesterday which I put as brisk walking as I have no idea how many calories paintballing would burn... I didn't run a whole lot, and there were plenty of rest breaks, but then there was also all the dashing and diving for cover and squatting behind trees etc. So I think brisk walking is a fairly good approximation.
