My unofficial weight this morning was 108.3kg so I'm on track and should see a loss this week from my official weight.

Today is a low carb day but I'm keeping it at a maximum of 45g carbs instead of my usual maximum of 30g and according to what I read, this is still considered low carb for me based on my size, age, gender, etc.

I decided to have oats as a snack in the evening since its only 146 calories with 23g carbs for a 40g serving and that is ideal to fit into my goal for today. I might snack on some peanuts as well to get me to suppertime.

It seems that after taking a break for a week and a half, my hunger needs time to adjust again but its not hard at all to do so :)
