I had a couple days off from work and I tried to stick to LCHF. Did OK but the mistake I made was not pre-planning my meals...now that I have tried to remember everything that I ate and log it in...it looks like I went over my carb limit everytime! The best way for FS to work for me is to pre-plan my meals the day before and then stick to the plan...sometimes hard to do when you are out and about!I never went out of ketosis, but I did notice I was hungry with the higher carbs. I do best <20 carbs day.
